We are currently looking for a Business Loan Processing Specialist to join our Business Services Operations team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Business Services Officers and commercial lending clients to ensure exceptional member service throughout the business loan closing process and ongoing record management. You will provide complex administrative support for business members and assist BSOs with various tasks. The responsibilities assigned to you will generally be intricate, requiring extensive experience, member service skills, the ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions, as well as a solid understanding of the credit union's lending policies and practices.

To excel in this position, you should possess three to five years of relevant experience and hold an Associate's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or have equivalent professional experience. This role encompasses both administrative duties and internal customer service. If you thrive in an environment that demands organizational skills, multitasking, interpersonal abilities, and teamwork, this may be the right opportunity for you.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working with commercial loan clients and business banking services, including familiarity with NCUA regulations and widely accepted commercial lending practices.
  • Proficient in Laser Pro documentation and knowledgeable about real estate title insurance and binders.
  • Able to manage multiple responsibilities, adhere to deadlines, handle sensitive information, and resolve issues effectively.
  • Exhibit professionalism in conduct and personal appearance while representing the organization.
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers through various channels.
  • Self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Capable of working with legal documents and interpreting data as necessary.
