Key Responsibilities
  • Prevent financial loss caused by theft and fraud through proactive measures and investigations.
  • Support safety and environmental program compliance in your assigned store or multiple stores, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for employees and customers.
  • Identify incidents of theft and fraud, review CCTV footage and exception reports, and monitor the store's physical security to prevent and respond to potential threats.
  • Collaborate with store management and other departments to develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in asset protection and security to continuously improve our loss prevention efforts.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in loss prevention, security, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
