  • Conduct tours of our facilities and respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our club, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all members.
Requirements
  • Customer service background preferred, with a passion for fitness and health.
  • Basic computer proficiency and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required, with a minimum age of 18 years old.
Physical Demands

This role requires continual standing and walking during shifts, as well as occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds. Employees may also be exposed to toxic chemicals on occasion.

Please note that employees at a franchise location are employed by the Franchisee and are not employees of PFHQ (the Franchisor). Each franchisee is responsible for ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal law.
