Key Responsibilities:

  • Become knowledgeable about our services and guide clients on the waxing process and recommended frequency.
  • Educate clients about our Wax Pass options to provide them with savings.
  • Support your colleagues and contribute to a positive and energetic workplace.
  • Manage and confirm appointments through phone and online systems.
  • Process payments from clients upon their departure.
  • Address client needs, inquiries, and concerns promptly.
  • Facilitate the flow of clients in and out of the center efficiently.
  • Meet and exceed both center and individual sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
  • A friendly, positive, and engaging personality with strong communication abilities.
  • Capability to collaborate with a diverse team.
  • Ability to manage productivity and sales to achieve objectives.
  • Prioritize client service and satisfaction by building rapport.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Types: Full-Time or Part-Time

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • Experience in Customer Service, Front Desk Reception, or Related Fields: 1 year (Required)
  • Sales Experience: 1 year (Required)
