As a SPENGA associate, you will warmly welcome, take care of existing members, and manage new member sales.

Our ideal candidate has 1+ years' experience in a fast-paced, customer service-centric environment. They possess excellent customer service and sales skills, as well as strong problem-solving and multitasking skills. Motivation, drive, and reliability are also essential qualities for this role.

Responsibilities include selling memberships and retail, retaining and increasing client participation, setting up, cleaning, and resetting studio equipment after each session, maintaining a clean facility, and promoting, selling, and adding to the SPENGA culture in and out of the studio.

Compensation: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

SPENGA is an exciting, rapidly growing company, with the goal of bringing the best workout experience to every neighborhood. With 70+ studios running and 340+ territories sold, we are continuously building our teams of instructors, salespeople, managers, and operators, to prepare for expansion. In-depth training is provided through our LMS, along with live training with the corporate team. At SPENGA, our members come for the workout and stay for the community. And the strength of our community starts with our SPENGA teams.
