Lead Instrument Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Instrument Repair and Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Guitar Center. As an expert in guitar maintenance and repair, you will provide top-notch services to our customers, ensuring their instruments are in excellent working condition.
About the Role:
- Provide expert repair and maintenance services for customer-owned instruments
- Maintain store inventory and complete warranty repairs
- Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Service customer-owned instruments with high-quality craftsmanship
- Additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Skilled understanding of repairing guitars
Preferred Qualifications:
- Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products
