Requirements
  • Proven experience in beverage operations management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with associates, management, and customers.
  • Knowledge of food and liquor laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
