Auto Customer Case Coordinator Job Description

Sedgwick is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-centric Auto Customer Case Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating various buyback vehicle activities or reimbursement activities on behalf of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers, financial institutions, attorneys, and auto dealership personnel to coordinate tasks.
  • Understand and comply with necessary paperwork and vehicle remarketing or reimbursement requirements.
  • Complete tasks in a timely manner and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and de-escalate prolonged process issues.
  • Liaise between manufacturer, dealer, and other 3rd parties.
  • Administrative tasks/data entry and build/maintain client/3rd party relationships.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and phone de-escalation skills.
  • Basic math, reading, writing, organizational skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Meet background verification requirements.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer skills.
