Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective strategies to promote our fitness programs and services
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of fitness professionals to deliver high-quality workouts and excellent customer service
- Collaborate with club staff, coaches, and instructors to ensure seamless operations and exceptional member experiences
- Communicate effectively with members, staff, and stakeholders to address concerns and provide solutions
- Monitor and analyze program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 2+ years of experience in fitness management or a related field
- Certified Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Certification
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
