Role Summary:
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a crucial role in implementing tailored behavior intervention strategies designed to foster positive change. Your efforts will directly support children in developing essential skills for daily living, social interactions, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct ABA therapy to children under the guidance of a BCBA clinician.
- Implement individualized treatment plans to address specific behavioral needs.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of each child through appropriate physical management techniques.
