  • Streamline Guest Communications: Brainstorm and develop operational efficiencies to improve guest email and mobile communications.
  • Track and Analyze Campaign Results: Monitor and analyze campaign results to inform future campaign decisions.
  • Perform A/B Testing and Reporting: Conduct A/B testing and reporting to optimize campaign performance.
  • Stay Current on Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date on email and mobile marketing trends and best practices to inform campaign decisions.
  • Audit and Optimize Campaigns: Audit existing email and mobile campaigns to ensure consistent look and feel and optimal performance.
  • Special Projects and Other Duties: Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in marketing, business, technology, or a related field.
