Manufacturing Specialist

The Job Center Staffing is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain equipment to minimize downtime and optimize production.
Assist with equipment modifications to enhance product quality and plant productivity.
Inspect and audit foam molding components for quality control.
Identify, separate, and label foam molds and packaging materials.
Perform material handling, sorting, assembling, and distributing tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Ability to work continuously on your feet and move around a concrete flooring.
May be required to lift up to 25lbs, but never continuously.
Continuous short and repetitive walking and bending.
Exposure to noise, heat, and dust is a daily possibility.
Must wear appropriate attire, including closed-toe shoes and shirts with sleeves.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided.
