WORK SCHEDULE:
12.25-hour shifts, rotating between 3 days on and 3 days off, with a rotation between day and night shifts every six weeks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair production equipment with an emphasis on safety, quality, teamwork, and efficiency
- Conduct quality checks, maintenance inspections, and housekeeping tasks, documenting results in various computer systems
- Analyze process data to inform maintenance decisions and enhance operational efficiency
- Comply with safety and sanitation protocols, executing tasks safely and in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies, including root cause analysis and process mapping.
- Engage in cross-training opportunities to maximize earning potential and broaden technical expertise.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Previous industrial experience is preferred.
Successful candidates typically have:
- Strong troubleshooting abilities, with a knack for identifying issues and implementing effective solutions
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures (e.g., lockout/tagout, confined space entry)
- Experience in high-speed manufacturing, packaging, or industrial environments
- Forklift operation experience is advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse team
- Physical capability to stand, bend, and twist continuously, and lift items up to 50 pounds.
