Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Healthcare Registration Specialist to join our team at Parkridge Health System. This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely and accurate patient registration.

Responsibilities
  • Interview patients to obtain all necessary account information and verify insurance coverage.
  • Provide exemplary customer service and ensure that all charts are completed accurately.
  • Verify insurance benefits and determine pre-certification/authorization status.
  • Calculate and collect patient liability amounts, and obtain signatures for treatments and services.
  • Process patient charts according to established productivity standards and paperwork flow needs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1 year of related experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
