Vaco is seeking a skilled Cash Application Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for processing customer payments, data entry, and other related tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Process customer payments and data entry with high accuracy and efficiency
- Upload remittance statements from Excel into NetSuite
- Post cash receipts to customers and provide daily totals for lockbox and credit cards
- ACH payment processing and setup of premium rebates
- Month-end cost changes in the AS400 for Accounting
- 2+ years of experience in AR/Cash application processes
- Microsoft Office experience required, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with NetSuite is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
