Job Summary

Vaco is seeking a skilled Cash Application Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for processing customer payments, data entry, and other related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer payments and data entry with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Upload remittance statements from Excel into NetSuite
  • Post cash receipts to customers and provide daily totals for lockbox and credit cards
  • ACH payment processing and setup of premium rebates
  • Month-end cost changes in the AS400 for Accounting
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in AR/Cash application processes
  • Microsoft Office experience required, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with NetSuite is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
