Job Overview

The Voice of the Martyrs (VOM) is dedicated to supporting persecuted Christians in some of the most challenging environments worldwide. Founded by Pastor Richard Wurmbrand and his wife, Sabina, VOM has been committed to fostering a biblical faith among believers since 1967 by sharing the narratives of those who face persecution for their faith.

Core Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Campaign Development: Collaborate with key stakeholders to create impactful marketing initiatives.
  2. Data-Driven Insights: Work with the internal data team to meticulously analyze metrics and inform audience segmentation strategies.
  3. Effective Communication: Develop comprehensive communication strategies across various platforms, ensuring clarity in messaging to stakeholders.
  4. Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams, including creative and operational units, to integrate learnings from past campaigns into future strategies.
  5. Adaptability: Navigate the dynamic landscape of marketing, adjusting to emerging technologies and consumer trends.
  6. Brand Stewardship: Maintain the integrity of VOM's brand and messaging in partnership with creative teams.
  7. Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

  1. [Required] Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  2. [Required] Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar applications.
  3. [Required] Strong interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
  4. [Required] Excellent time management skills with the capacity to handle multiple projects.
  5. [Required] Superior communication abilities.
  6. Familiarity with project management, data analysis, and strategic communication.

Work Environment

  1. Standard office setting with flexible hours.
  2. [Required] Proximity to VOM headquarters is necessary.
  3. [Optional] Occasional opportunities for domestic travel may arise.
