Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at McAlister's Deli. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of our restaurant, including managing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Daily Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Supervise Staff: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting the highest standards of customer service and quality.
  • Ensure Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure that every customer has an exceptional experience at our restaurant, including prompt and friendly service.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Manage inventory and supplies to ensure that we have everything we need to provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Ensure that the restaurant is clean and safe for customers and staff.
  • Manage Financials: Manage the financials of the restaurant, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
  • Recruit and Train Staff: Recruit and train staff to ensure that we have the best team possible.
  • Manage Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our restaurant is always improving.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in restaurant management
  • Proven track record of success in managing daily operations and supervising staff
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to manage inventory and supplies
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Ability to manage financials
  • Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Ability to recruit and train staff
  • Ability to manage employee relations
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends
