Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute outreach initiatives to engage community members and stakeholders.
  • Foster and sustain relationships with local organizations, community leaders, and other key stakeholders.
  • Organize, coordinate, and carry out outreach events, workshops, and presentations, both online and in-person.
  • Develop and disseminate bilingual promotional materials, including brochures, newsletters, and digital content.
  • Conduct outreach activities in English and/or [Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Creole], utilizing various communication methods such as phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Evaluate and analyze outreach activities to determine effectiveness and implement data-driven enhancements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure outreach efforts align with organizational objectives and initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on outreach activities and their outcomes.
  • Participate in occasional in-office meetings and team gatherings as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English and/or Spanish, Korean, Chinese, or Creole (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience in outreach, community engagement, or a similar capacity.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with virtual communication platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
  • Willingness to attend occasional in-office meetings and events.
