KidStrong Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic KidStrong Coach to join our team at KidStrong Summerville. As a KidStrong Coach, you will be responsible for leading classes and workshops for children aged 12 months to 11 years old, focusing on brain, physical, and character development.

• Lead classes and workshops for children aged 12 months to 11 years old
• Implement the KidStrong curriculum, which includes brain, physical, and character development activities
• Ensure classes start and end on schedule and follow the appropriate pace of curriculum
• Greet students and parents individually prior to and at the beginning of class
• Maintain a dynamic, fun, motivational, and professional demeanor when leading class
• Demonstrate and manage the implementation of various exercises
• Ensure cleanliness of the center, including the lobby, bathrooms, and blue floors
• Effectively use the KS Coach's App to record class data and provide records of data for parents
• Communicate professionally with co-workers in Slack
• Complete trainings through FranConnect as required by the HQ Training and Certification team

• Prior experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age is preferred
• Prior experience speaking to and educating parents on the KidStrong curriculum
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise techniques, and body mechanics
• CPR certified
• Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
