We are seeking a passionate and energetic KidStrong Coach to join our team at KidStrong Summerville. As a Coach, you will play a vital role in helping parents build stronger, smarter, and more confident kids through our science-based curriculum.

About KidStrong

KidStrong is a rapidly growing company that helps parents build stronger, smarter, and more athletic kids. Our private training centers focus on brain, physical, and character development for ages walking through 11 years old. Our curriculum is parent-focused and taught by our professional coaches.

Responsibilities

• Coach children on brain, physical, and character development using our evolving monthly curriculum
• Communicate with parents/guardians regarding the benefits and value of our curriculum
• Work with children of various ages and abilities, adapting your coaching style to meet their needs
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest research and best practices

Requirements

• Passion for working with children and a commitment to their development
• Prior experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age range is preferred
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
• CPR certification
• Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
