Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic KidStrong Coach to join our team. As a Coach, you will be responsible for teaching children brain, physical, and character development skills through our evolving monthly curriculum. You will also work closely with parents to educate them on the benefits of our program.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach children aged 15 months to 11 years old in brain, physical, and character development skills
• Develop and maintain a positive and motivating learning environment
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to educate them on the benefits of our program
• Work closely with the management team to ensure the smooth operation of the training center
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and methodologies

Requirements

• Passion for working with children
• Prior experience coaching students within the appropriate age range is preferred
• Prior experience speaking to and educating parents on our curriculum is preferred
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
• CPR certification
• Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
• Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
