Benefits Administrator

Grand Canyon Education, Inc. is a leading provider of educational services, and we are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Administrator to join our team.
The Benefits Administrator will be responsible for administering day-to-day operations of group benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other perks. This role will work closely with vendors and brokers to develop and manage employee benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and sustainable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze benefits data to make recommendations for program improvements
- Review comparison of the organization's benefits programs against industry standards
- Monitor the cost-effectiveness of benefits programs
- Work with vendors and brokers to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
- Conduct internal audits of benefits programs to identify and mitigate potential risk
- Assist with managing employee benefit and wellness programs
- Lead or participate in projects related to the implementation of new benefits programs or changes to existing ones
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field
- Minimum three years' experience in a Benefits Administration role
- Prefer experience with Self-Funded plans
- Workday experience preferred
- Must pass pre-employment background investigation
