  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining high standards of hospitality and engaging with guests to enhance their dining experience, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and courteously.
  • Kitchen Assistance: Assist on the Expo line in the kitchen during busy times, ensuring that food orders are properly prepared, plated, and presented to guests in a timely manner, coordinating with kitchen staff to expedite food orders and ensure smooth communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
  • Quality and Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, monitoring beverage quality and consistency to ensure adherence to recipes and standards.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in bartending or bar management, preferably in a high-volume, sports bar environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beer.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable experiences for guests.
  • Solid understanding of beverage costing, inventory management, and budgeting.
  • Certification in responsible alcohol service and IN state liquor license.
