Essential Duties:


The LPN provides both direct and indirect patient care services, demonstrating clinical competence within the established scope of practice as per state regulations.

Working collaboratively with the healthcare team and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), the LPN is responsible for ensuring patient safety, comfort, and overall satisfaction across various care units.


Qualifications
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. Valid and current state nursing license. 2. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire and maintenance of certification. 3. Preferred minimum of one year of experience in acute care nursing. 4. IV certification as per state requirements upon hire. 5. Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred or to be obtained within 60 days of hire.
