We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Acadia Healthcare Inc. as a Medication Administration Specialist.
Key Responsibilities- Administer medication as ordered by the Medical Director or Program Physician accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate accounting of all medication received and dispensed.
- Chart medication administration in nurse's notes accurately and in a timely manner.
- Document nursing care provided and maintain appropriate records related to patients' progress and activities.
- Ensure the safekeeping of all medication stock and records required by regulatory agencies.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accurate records.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
