Responsibilities:
Provide direct and indirect patient care services, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Current and valid state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
Current BLS certification upon hire and maintain current.
IV certification upon hire.
