Job Summary:
TREO STAFFING LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance operations and be able to lead a team of maintenance workers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure minimal downtime and optimal equipment performance.
- Review and prioritize work orders to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Direct and supervise maintenance workers to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce equipment failures and extend equipment lifespan.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and recommend repairs or replacements.
- Collaborate with management and other departments to ensure maintenance activities align with business objectives.
- Requisition and manage maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Develop and implement training programs to improve maintenance worker skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance operations or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading maintenance teams and improving equipment performance.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Compensation:
$22.00-$28.00 per hour.
