Restaurant Assistant Manager

At Zaxby's, we're more than just a place to eat - we're a place to have fun, spend time with friends, and enjoy great food. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience while maintaining operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring that the team follows all processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Create an effective work schedule, plan and delegate shift assignments, and communicate expectations.
  • Ensure service, product quality, and cleanliness standards are consistently upheld.
  • Communicate performance concerns to your General Manager and assist with performance reviews.
  • Handle and report guest and team member complaints/concerns/injuries timely and in a friendly and respectful manner.
  • Maintain operational standards and ensure compliance with all Zaxby's Franchising LLC and Zax LLC guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others.
  • 1-3 years management experience required, with restaurant management experience preferred.
