Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate classroom operations and implement our proprietary curriculum
- Develop activities that are literacy-based and structured, yet flexible
- Collaborate with fellow staff members, school administration, families, and the community
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Comply with all company and state-specific standards and maintain validation of required credentials for the position
- Comply with all state-specific education requirements
- Must have one of the following: Bachelor's degree including 6 credit hours in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, or the Human Services field; Associate degree including 6 credit hours in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, or the Human Services field; High School Diploma or GED and an awarded CDA (Child Development Associate)
