We are currently in search of a Hearth Sales Lead who possesses retail expertise and a solid understanding of pellet, wood, and gas stoves.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome and engage every customer with a friendly demeanor.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service.
- Manage the daily functions of the Hearth Department, which includes assisting customers with their entire journey in selecting hearth appliances, venting solutions, and accessories. Support customers with their grill and accessory selections, ensuring effective merchandising, display organization, maintaining signage standards, and overseeing inventory levels.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of the Hearth products offered by Coastal Farm.
- Stay informed about all product knowledge and promotional activities.
- Develop, implement, and monitor daily task lists for store associates in the Hearth Department.
- Educate associates on operational systems, procedures, and product information.
- Complete and uphold all required training programs.
- Ensure accurate organization and maintenance of all necessary files and data entries, including timely communication with Leads and processing service requests promptly.
- Handle communications from various contacts efficiently.
- Maintain the BBQ concept center to meet company standards and actively participate in grill demonstrations.
- Assist with floor layout changes, merchandising, display upkeep, and overall store cleanliness.
