Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at RemX. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inbound calls, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls from customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Use active listening skills to understand customer concerns and respond accordingly.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
