We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice Aide to join our team at Careline Health Group. As a Hospice Aide, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to patients and their families during their most intimate moments of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
  • Document patient observations and care provided
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans

Requirements:

  • Completed a minimum of 75 hours of classroom and supervised practical training
  • Current certification as a nurse aide and good standing on the state nurse aide registry
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively
  • Reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance coverage
