We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team at Knoxville Rehabilitation Hospital. Responsibilities
  • Assess and reassess patients to identify and initiate appropriate rehabilitation nursing interventions
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote optimal recovery and outcomes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited licensed practical/vocational nurse program
  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse
  • CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred
  • IV Certified or obtained within 6 months highly preferred
  • Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred
