This role offers the chance to engage in pioneering initiatives that influence sectors such as cybersecurity, healthcare, aviation, defense, and organizational transformation.

Position Overview:

  • Engage collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to design AI-driven decision-making systems utilizing advanced language model technologies.
  • Apply contemporary AI methodologies and engineering practices to develop prototypes for decision support software.
  • Conduct groundbreaking research in AI-driven decision-making systems and assess solutions based on sponsor specifications.
  • Oversee projects aimed at resolving intricate decision-making challenges for our sponsors.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in computer science or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in machine learning, large language models, decision science, and other relevant AI technical domains.
  • Excellent communication abilities and capacity to function within interdisciplinary teams.
  • Skilled in programming languages such as C++ and Python.
  • Eligibility to obtain and sustain a US government security clearance is required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with large language models, AI evaluation and testing, and fairness in AI assessment.
  • Practical experience in creating and implementing prototypes for AI-enhanced decision systems.
  • Possession of an active DoD Secret clearance is advantageous.
