Key Responsibilities
  • Build Order Acknowledgments for 3-way match
  • Process Periodics for SPA payments
  • Close Amsco & Neenan ship tickets
  • Contact customers for updated credit card information for failed payments on SPA
  • Generate and review weekly aging reports and distribute to departmental personnel
  • Perform collection activities, investigate outstanding invoices, and process liens for collections when necessary
  • Obtain credit approvals and provide support to technicians in coordinating residential financing
  • Communicate with customers, vendors, and departmental personnel via telephone, email, and written correspondence to answer inquiries, provide information, and resolve discrepancies
  • May perform basic accounts payable and accounts receivable duties
Requirements
  • HS diploma or GED equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Maintain confidentiality in all areas of responsibilities
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Basic proficiency with desktop computers and software applications
