Job Overview

The Senior HR Professional will provide strategic guidance and support to our leadership team on all human resources matters, including recruitment, talent management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement human resources strategies that align with our business goals
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to employees at all levels
  • Analyze data and metrics to inform HR decisions and recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
  • Manage employee relationships and resolve conflicts when necessary
  • Stay up-to-date on changing labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or higher
  • Minimum 7 years of HR experience, preferably in a senior role
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
Estimated Salary Range:$100,000 - $125,000 per year.
