Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Frampton Construction is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our industrial construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from preconstruction to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate project issues, including change orders, contingency expenditures, and fee enhancements.
  • Enforce subcontract and prime contract terms for successful project performance.
  • Collaborate with the project team to formulate a comprehensive project pre-plan.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of ten years of manufacturing or industrial construction experience.
  • Up to one year of preconstruction experience.
  • At least five years of direct supervisory experience.

  1. Master of FCC Process for Consistency
    • Provides training and education to support company training initiatives.
    • Establishes and monitors jobsite controls and FCC standards.
  2. Prime and Subcontract Terms & Conditions
    • Negotiates project issues.
    • Enforces subcontract and prime contract terms.

    • Leads and provides input for key decisions during buyout and financial decisions during construction.
