Position Summary:
The Public Relations Specialist plays a crucial role in shaping and delivering both internal and external messaging that aligns with the values and vision of Setup Winks. This position requires collaboration across various teams to ensure that communications are cohesive and impactful across diverse channels, including social media, press releases, newsletters, and corporate communications.


Key Responsibilities
  • Media Engagement:
    • Act as the primary contact for media inquiries, coordinating interviews, and addressing press requests.
    • Compose and distribute press releases and other media materials to highlight company initiatives and updates.
  • Internal Messaging:
    • Support the creation and distribution of internal communications, such as memos, newsletters, and announcements.
    • Assist in organizing internal events, meetings, and employee engagement activities by providing necessary communication resources.
  • Social Media Oversight:
    • Oversee and engage with the company's social media platforms, fostering audience interaction and enhancing the company's digital footprint.
    • Evaluate social media performance metrics and refine strategies to boost engagement and reach.
  • Brand Stewardship:
    • Ensure all communications align with the company's branding and messaging standards.
    • Contribute to the development and upkeep of brand communication protocols and guidelines.
  • Crisis Management:
    • Assist in formulating crisis communication strategies and support the execution of communications during emergencies or public relations challenges.
    • Respond swiftly and effectively to manage communications in crisis scenarios to safeguard and enhance the company's reputation.
  • Stakeholder Relations:
    • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, partners, and the community.
    • Help coordinate and support events, conferences, and initiatives aimed at engaging stakeholders.
