Job Summary

As an Asset Protection Operations Coach at Walmart, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our stores and associates. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement asset protection strategies to prevent loss and protect company assets
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams to achieve sales growth and operational excellence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve operational efficiency
  • Conduct investigations and resolve issues related to asset protection and loss prevention
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • 2 years of college or equivalent experience
  • 1 year of supervisory experience in a multi-department environment
  • Experience in asset protection, loss prevention, or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field
  • Experience in investigative work or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of asset protection and loss prevention principles and practices
