We're looking for an experienced Assets Operations Senior Specialist to join our team, focusing on Assets within the Global Products Operations area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Assets product team as a representative of the Payment Operations organization in the United States.
  • Ensure that new and current products, features, and processes scale efficiently and securely.
  • Handle manual recurring tasks resulting from customers investing, divesting, or moving funds into different asset products.
  • Provide daily support to stakeholders involved in the launch, maintenance, and improvement of products owned by Assets.
  • Maintain consistent and high-level execution of recurring responsibilities within the Assets domain.
  • Work with Banking, Treasury, product managers, and engineers of multiple teams to find solutions and opportunities for process optimization.
  • Coordinate new products/partners set-up, testing, and launches from an operational perspective.
  • Coordinate central changes, communicate with Payment Operations teams, and collaborate with stakeholders in and outside of the organization.
  • Own training, communication, and documentation of the Assets Operations domain.
  • Act as the first-level escalation point on cases and crisis level within the own area, handling incidents in the area of expertise.
  • Act as the first point of contact for global products in Payments Operations organization as well as Product teams.

  • Able to define priorities according to data and customer needs.
  • Enjoy owning work and leading projects, focusing on accuracy, independence, and attention to detail.
  • Humble, self-aware, positive, and solution-driven, with the ability to admit when things don't go well and share learning with the team.
  • Understand operational risks and able to mitigate them proactively.
  • Great communicator, able to adapt style to different audiences, persuade others, and challenge when necessary.
  • Proactive and a great relationship builder, experienced at working closely with external partners and product development teams.
  • Intellectually curious, with the ability to understand when something is not known and the humility to learn.
  • Relevant experience working in operations and leading cross-functional projects that drive efficiency and scaling of manual work.
Preferred Skills:
  • Passed the SIE (Securities Industry Essentials) and Series 99 exams.
  • Payments or finance background.
  • Knowledge of different process improvement methodologies.
  • Basic data skills and knowledge of where to find supporting data for projects.
  • Experience with SQL, Google Analytics, Looker, or similar data visualization tools.
Additional Information:
  • Obtaining the SIE and Series 99 licenses is mandatory for this role, but candidates are not required to have them at the time of application; we will provide study support and exam resources.
  • This is a hybrid position located in Austin, Texas, and not fully remote. You must be able to commute to the office or open to relocation.
  • You must already be legally authorized to work in the US, we cannot sponsor Visas for this position.
  • The salary range for this role is $70,720 annually.
