Key Responsibilities:
- Provide engineering expertise for the operation and upkeep of facilities equipment.
- Collaborate with global engineering teams to establish and maintain operational standards.
- Analyze equipment and process data to guarantee systems function within established specifications.
- Monitor and project utility system capacity based on anticipated factory demands.
- Develop strategic plans to address projected system requirements while ensuring operational redundancy.
- Engage with internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain uninterrupted operations.
- Oversee project management for both major and minor facility initiatives.
- Assist architectural and engineering firms during design phases and support construction teams in the installation of complex systems.
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC and exhaust abatement systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in facilities engineering with a strong background in project management.
