Requirements:

  • Professional Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a professional photographer or a recently earned degree in photography.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Matterport is highly valued, but we will provide training for qualified candidates.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately capture and enter data.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to quickly learn and apply new concepts such as commercial real estate terminology, mapping, and GIS concepts.
  • Time Management: Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and relevant apps.

Physical Requirements:

  • Physical Demands: Repetitive and frequent sitting in a car, standing, and walking for up to 8 hours per day.
  • Equipment Handling: Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.
  • Repetitive Movements: Repetitive hand and arm movements to type on a tablet or laptop and operate camera equipment.
  • Occasional Bending: Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying to perform job functions.
  • Weather Conditions: Ability to work and drive outside during all seasons.
  • Rotating Schedule: Ability to work weekends on a rotating schedule.
