About the Job

InsurSolv, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Insurance Field Inspector/Loss Control Specialist to join our team as an independent contractor. As a key member of our loss control team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of commercial properties to identify potential risks and hazards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive inspections of properties to identify physical characteristics, exterior measurements, and general conditions.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify potential risks and hazards, and provide recommendations to mitigate these risks.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed reports of inspections, including photographs and other relevant documentation.
  • Work independently to prioritize and schedule inspections, and manage an aggressive workload.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Microsoft Windows-based PC, Google Chrome or Edge, Adobe Acrobat Reader, and broadband internet connection.
