About the Role

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a senior executive responsible for driving the technological direction of Digital Factory, Inc. This role involves leading the development and implementation of technology strategies, driving innovation, and ensuring the effective use of technology to achieve business objectives.

This position requires a strong leader who can inspire and motivate technology teams to execute on strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives. The CTO will collaborate closely with other members of the executive team to align technology initiatives with the company's overall vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Communicate Technology Vision: Develop and communicate the organization's technology vision and strategy in alignment with business objectives.
  2. Identify Opportunities for Technological Innovation: Identify opportunities for technological innovation and lead the development of plans to leverage emerging technologies.
  3. Establish Governance Processes: Establish and maintain governance processes to ensure that technology investments align with strategic priorities.
  4. Oversee Technology Solutions: Oversee the development and deployment of technology solutions, products, and services.
  5. Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering Teams: Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to drive product innovation and development cycles.
  6. Ensure Quality and Security: Ensure that technology solutions meet quality, performance, and security standards.
  7. Direct IT Infrastructure: Direct the design, implementation, and management of the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services.
  8. Develop IT Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the security and reliability of infrastructure.
  9. Lead Technology Teams: Provide leadership and guidance to technology teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  10. Empower Teams to Execute: Empower teams to execute on strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives.

Required Education and Work Experience
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Related Field: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 10 Years Experience: Minimum of 10 years experience.
