Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Hydrovac Operator to join our team at Wolverine Daylighting in Phoenix, Arizona. As a key member of our hydro excavation team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to hydro excavation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform debris removal, slot trenching, daylighting, digging, line cleaning, and camera inspections
  • Set up, inspect, and operate equipment for Hydrovac operations
  • Operate Hydrovac trucks and equipment in a safe and professional manner
  • Ensure all Hydrovac truck equipment and components are in good working condition at all times
  • Complete all required paperwork properly on a daily basis
  • Ensure proper function by performing pre and post trip inspections and general housekeeping, reporting any inefficiencies to Supervisor
  • Maintain and use appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
  • Follow all policies and procedures set out by Wolverine Daylighting
  • Perform other duties as assigned by manager or crew leader
Requirements
  • Experience operating a manual transmission with direct experience on 18 speed vehicles
  • Previous experience in the industry considered an asset
  • Certification in fall protection, first aid, construction safety training, ground disturbance, confined spaces, H2S, considered an asset
