Key Responsibilities:

As an Aquatic Safety Specialist, your primary role will be to execute lifeguard responsibilities, enforce all aquatic safety regulations, prevent and respond to emergencies, and serve as customer service representatives to members and guests, addressing their inquiries and needs within the scope of your role. Additional tasks may be assigned as necessary.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Hourly wage ranging from $16.00 to $16.80, based on relevant experience.
  • 401K plan with a dollar-for-dollar match up to 4%.

Qualifications:
  • Understanding of the aquatics sector.
  • Proficient swimming skills.
  • Preferred minimum of one year of lifeguarding experience.
  • Educational requirements/certifications.
  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • High school diploma is preferred.
  • Current certification from the American Red Cross or Ellis and Associates in Lifeguarding (including CPR/First Aid/AED for the Professional Rescuer); Ellis guards must obtain a valid Red Cross Lifeguard certification within 30 days of employment.
  • Ability to apply American Red Cross standards for teamwork, rescue, and surveillance.
