Lifeguard Staff

At SYUFY GROUP, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lifeguard Staff to join our team. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our members and guests by implementing and enforcing all water safety policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform lifeguard duties, including surveillance, rescue, and emergency response.
• Implement and enforce all water safety policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests.
• Assist with aquatic programs and events as needed.

Requirements:

• Swimming proficiency and certification in lifeguarding and CPR/AED.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies quickly and effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
