About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Training Specialist to join our team at Gainwell Technologies LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in designing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop training courses, including lectures, web-based programs, and hands-on sessions, to meet the needs of our employees.
  • Work with our business units to establish specifications for courses, prerequisite skills, and knowledge for trainees.
  • Prepare lesson plans and assist in developing and preparing training materials, such as manuals, handouts, instructor guides, and audiovisuals.
  • Gather and summarize course evaluations to provide data for review by senior-level trainers to determine the effectiveness of training sessions.
  • Assist in reviewing external training programs to determine their feasibility for purchase.
Requirements
  • Experience working with communications practices, principles, and procedures for both on-site and online presentations.
  • Experience working with instructional design and adult learning and training methodologies.
  • Basic communication skills to develop training procedures.
  • Basic interpersonal skills for interacting with all levels of employees.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Teams, Word, and Excel.
