Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Mechanical Project Manager to lead our team in executing high-quality mechanical projects.

About the Role

This is a permanent position, ideal for seasoned professionals who are passionate about construction and eager to lead a team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing mechanical projects from start to finish and excellent leadership and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Leading and managing all aspects of mechanical construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaboration: Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other construction professionals to design and implement mechanical systems.
  • Quality Control: Ensuring strict adherence to quality control procedures, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring all work meets the required standards.
  • Budget Management: Managing project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources, and delivering projects within budget and on time.
  • Communication: Coordinating with clients, suppliers, and contractors, maintaining clear and effective communication at all stages of the project.
Requirements
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of construction processes, mechanical systems, and quality control procedures. Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
