The BlueWave Solutions company is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our suppliers and managing the quality of our incoming goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Quality Engineers: Collaborate with our Quality Engineers to handle quality issues with suppliers and optimize part quality.
- Incoming Goods Inspection: Organize and plan incoming goods inspection in our sample construction department, and create inspection plans in our quality management system.
- Supplier Complaints: Systematically process supplier complaints in our sample construction department, including communication with and to suppliers.
- CIP/KVP Meetings: Conduct CIP/KVP meetings and act as escalation level 1 for suppliers in case of quality complaints.
Requirements:
- Education: A technical education and relevant previous experience, preferably with a master's degree.
- Experience: Several years of professional experience in the field of quality assurance, ideally in the automotive industry.
- Skills: Experience in incoming goods inspection, complaint processing, and the 8D process. Good knowledge of reading technical drawings and experience with measuring and testing equipment.
- Language Skills: Very good German and good English skills, and ideally knowledge of our quality management system.
